It is the policy of Norland Construction Limited to document, implement, maintain and continually improve a Health and Safety Management System which
is an integral part of the overall management systems of the Company and which complies with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and Specification OHSAS 18001:1999.

We will carry out projects in a way that ensures, so far as is reasonably practicable, that risks to health and safety of all personnel engaged in project construction and also members of the public, are eliminated or reduced to a level which is, at the least, acceptable under current Health and Safety Legislation.

The Company will ensure that all personnel involved with our projects, as well as other interested parties, are made aware of this Health and Safety Policy and their individual responsibilities, which are defined in Company Operating Procedures.

The Health and Safety Management System will be periodically reviewed by the Company Management Committee to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to our activities and will be revised when necessary.
