Norland Construction Ltd offers a dedicated Multi-Utility Division for the installation and maintenance of all utilities required for new development projects. Historically this has been carried out by up to five seperate contractors, each working with different installation practices, terminology, levels of quality, health and safety, training etc.
Developers therefore had to overcome the nightmare of planning, logistics, overseeing health and safety and quality involved in dealing with so many contractors on one project. This inefficient process of utility installation often has a significant detrimental impact on the overall project including delays and increased costs.
Our Multi-Utility Division operates with teams of multi-skilled, accredited operatives who have significant expereince in the installation of gas, water, electrical, street lighting, telecommunications / fibre simultaneously in a single trench.
